Cancellation Policy

🌴 Crown Island Booking Policy 💳 Deposit A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Your space is not confirmed until payment is received. 💰 Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due by 01st May 2026. Failure to pay by this date may result in your place being released. ❌ Cancellation Policy The £200 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If a participant cancels after paying in full, payments are non-refundable unless the space is resold. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your space to another approved participant (subject to approval). 🏝 Event Changes In the unlikely event Crown Island is cancelled by the organiser, all payments will be refunded in full. Travel costs are the responsibility of the attendee. 📌 Limited Spaces Crown Island is limited to 8 attendees only. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
